KORA Management Ltd. was formed in 1995, to take over the property management and finance functions of those companies for which the present personnel had been working. KORA has since expanded into Venture Capital, Equity Financing, Recruiting and International Investments and through Mitch Speigel mortgage agent with he Mortgage Group, Mortgage financing.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
For over thirty years, I have developed, built, managed and financed commercial, industrial, residential and institutional buildings, throughout Ontario. Today, I offer that experience, on a consulting basis, to those who might not have that experience, or who might nor have the time or the staff that is required.
As president of ACME Construction and
vice-president of General Leaseholds Limited and, along with my experience in
community ventures, I have developed excellent sources of
venture capital and equity and mortgage financing and I have re-established
and expanded these. With these contacts, I have been able to help many people finance
projects, with which they were having a great deal of difficulty.
I am delighted with my new association with The Mortgage Group.
