KORA Management Ltd. was formed in 1995, to take over the property management and finance functions of those companies for which the present personnel had been working. 

KORA has expanded into Equity Financing, Recruiting and International Marketing and through, Mitch Speigel, mortgage agent with The Mortgage Group, Mortgage financing.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

For over thirty years, I have developed, built, managed and financed commercial, industrial, residential and institutional buildings, throughout Ontario. Today, I offer that experience, on a consulting basis, to those who might not have that experience, or who might nor have the time or the staff that is required. 

As president of ACME Construction and vice-president of General Leaseholds Limited and, along with my experience in  community ventures, I had developed excellent sources of business, equity and mortgage financing and I have re-established  and expanded these areas. 

Recently and with the help of our financing consultants we have established good sources of residential financing, from which obtain competitive proposals for residential clients.  With these contacts, I have been able to help many people finance businesses and projects, with straight forward answers and solutions.  I now offer this service to borrowers, who wish to finance residential,  commercial, industrial and multi-unit residential buildings.
